Welcome to Le Gîte de Burguin! Located at the end of a traditional longhouse, this accommodation was fully renovated in 2022. Perfect for a family of up to 4 people. Just outside Vannes, in a peaceful village surrounded by farmland in Saint-Avé. The train station is 5 km away, and the Vannes port is 6 km away. Many cycling and hiking trails cross the region. There is a bus stop 400 m away, and the sea is just a 15-minute drive. Shops are nearby. The 72 m² house includes: • Ground floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. • Upstairs: two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. You will enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, and a filter and/or Senseo coffee maker. A crib and high chair are available on request for little ones. Outside, relax on the terrace and use the barbecue, as well as a green area with a ping-pong table. There is a shared electric gate with the owner and secure parking. Hybrid bikes are available for guests.
